Gardens by the Bay Splash Pad and Carpark

EVERY venue in Singapore has a "splash pad" (an outdoor water park).   For example:  the Science Center, the malls, the bird park, the zoo, etc.  Sometimes you go to that venue just for the water play, not for the venue.  Gardens by the Bay FINALLY opened theirs.  We met up with a new family in our church ward to enjoy it.
